As most of you know, We Beat The Mountain makes products from recycled materials in a way they’re easy to disassemble. We do this because we believe it is not only important to take trash and make something valuable from it, but also make it possible to make something out of it with equal value in the future. We’re not the only company with this philosophy, but recently I saw a new product that I was very fund of. Apart from the fact that this headphone looks really cool, the Noisezero O+ Eco Edition from French’ Colette is also made with this idea in mind. Colette calls it ‘the world’s first recyclable material designer over-ear headphones”. Materials like bio-plastic and aluminium can easily be separated and serve as materials for new products. 

The headphones are compatible with the iPhone, iPad and iPod and come with a microphone and a three-button remote control to arrange playback and volume. The headphones are available in two colours and come with a soft carry pouch.

The fact Colette makes a new headphone that is easy to recycle is one thing to take notice of. The other thing is the design and the functionality of the headphones is still high quality.
