To complete my Bachelor degree in finance I was looking for a company that does more than only sell products. We Beat The Mountain is a young and organic organization, where a lot of things happen and where everyone’s involved. The main idea of beating the worldwide mountains of trash is great and although a lot of people and companies are talking about it, a few really intent to make a change. We Beat The Mountain offers solutions with cradle-to-cradle products which aren’t dull or boring. For me, as a Finance student, working at We Beat The Mountain is very interesting because of its diversity. The dynamic of the team really speaks to me, since I’m used to getting into a company where the whole process of working has been written down and there’s only one way to do something, it’s refreshing being able to create my own way of doing things and getting from A to B.
